1970 MG Midget with wire wheels, rollup windows, chrome bumpers and completely rebuilt engine. Runs good and fun to drive.
This car was just painted a really dark metallic green, "Cadillac Polo Green" by Tom's Body Shop in Marshall, MI. They did a beautiful job. The paint looks like glass!
Engine was rebuilt about 5 years ago and has been driven very little since then...maybe 2000 miles. In 2010 the car was tuned and got new bushings in all of the suspension at University Motors in Ada, MI by John Twist's crew. They checked it for signs of rust and it is clean....no rust. The tires were also new in 2010.
The upholstery is a light tan cloth. Gauges work, except fuel...
I had a new black vinyl top installed and I bought a good tonneau cover for use when the top is down. Both are black. Spare wheel and tire plus tire changing tools are included.
This 1970 MG Midget is licensed and I drive it as often as I can but it needs someone to take care of it and drive it more often. ...the price is $10,900.
These little cars get almost 40mpg on regular pump gas! They are very light weight and the engine is only about 1.1 liter....one of the smallest. You would think that people would be searching for them. If you can drive a stick shift and want a fun car to drive that also gets great "miles per gallon" then give me a call. They are easy to work on too.
