Bedroom is about 11' x 11' and has a builtin closet with overhead storage cabinets. We installed new carpet this Fall.

Living Room is about 14' x 14' with an extra storage closet and the Heavy Duty Washer and Dryer are hidden behind sliding doors. New carpet was installed here also.

Kitchen is small but adequate for cooking. Stove is an electric flattop with a self cleaning oven and the refrigerator is a big 18 cubic foot with a large freezer compartment, self defrost and glass shelves. It has new countertops and some new cabinets.

Bathroom is tiny, with a shower, sink and toilet. This apartment has its own hot water heater, so take long showers if you like and never run out of hot water.

Parking is private as the driveway is not used by anyone else. There is room for 2 cars and one can be right by the steps going into the kitchen.

A Large Porch goes completely across the front of the apt. It is covered by the roof and is a nice place to enjoy an evening. It has steps on the side and front plus a handicapped ramp.

$495 per month plus gas and electric, is the price and that includes all above plus Basic Enhanced TV Cable, water, sewer, trash removal, and lawn care. This apartment has its own furnace and hot water heater. Deposit is same as rent.
