Kitchen is small with retro metal upper cupboards with sliding doors that have Roses cut in each door. Flattop Electric Stove with self cleaning oven, big refrigerator with glass shelves and large freezer section, dishwasher under the counter, AND...HD Washer and Dryer in the kitchen.

Dining Area is 8'8" x 12'5" and is open to Living Room. 2 phone and tv jacks in Living Room which is 12'3" x 12'5". Remote controlled Air Condioner in Living Room too.

Master bedroom has a large walkin closet and tv and phone jacks. It measures 9'2" x 11'3" plus the walkin closet.

2nd bedroom is down the hall with its own closet. It is "L" shaped with 9'11" x 8'3" in one area overlapping 6'3" x 11'6" in another.

Bathroom is just down the hall between the kitchen and 2nd bedroom.

Rear entrance goes to back parking lot so you park near your door.

We furnish tv cable, a $50 value in Marshall, with most all of our apartments. We have a lawn service and provide snow removal and trash is picked up every Wednesday.
