Bedroom has rich looking carpet and a large closet for clothes plus a Heavy Duty clothes Washer and Dryer are hidden in another closet. There is easily room for a king bed in this room.

Living Room has the same carpet as the bedroom and is open to the kithcen. So you can watch TV while you eat and it has Air Conditioner builtin high on the wall so that it circulates well.

Parking is near the porch for this apartment and there is room for 2 cars. Plus there is a big backyard with lots of grass.

Utilities included in the rent are water and sewer; trash removal every week; lawn mowing as necessary;and snow removal as necessary.

Utilities Not Included are only gas and electric. TV cable is available in Coldwater for very low cost.

Rent is $550 per month which includes all of the above, except the gas and electric. Where can you find a better value in a NEW apartment? 1st month and last month rent are due at "move-in". Pets are extra cost, if we allow them...we prefer not to in consideration for the other tenants.
