It was remodeled in 2006 with a new kitchen that is open to the dining room and a covered stairway entrance with motion sensing lights.  In 2008 new carpeting was installed in the bedrooms, living room and extra room and central air conditioning was added.  The furnace was new in 2007.

At the top of the stairway is a porch large enough for a BarBQue and a couple of chairs.  The apartment door leads into the new kitchen and dining room area.  Inside the kitchen door is the sink with its builtin dishwasher.

The bathroom is large enough that the Washer and Dryer are located there as well as the tub/shower, some extra linen cuboards, sink and toilet.

The 2 bedrooms are both larger rooms with closets.  There is a small area outside the bedrooms that has been used for a tv room.

The living room is just off the dining room and is small.
