    • 66' of frontage on Marshall's main street and it is 264' deep so there is lots of yard with room for kids to play or a garden or both.
    • The house is well built, has a good roof, 3 bedrooms ;upstairs, kitchen, large bathroom, large living room, larger dining room, small kitchen and closed front porch downstairs.  Basement area too.
    • Furnace is NEW in January 2008.
    • Appliances included in rent are: Stove with flattop and a self cleaning oven; Refrigerator; Washer and Dryer were new within last year.
    • Landlord pays for repairs on electrical system, plumbing system, heating system and appliances.

Some things to consider before you rent this house:

    • This property is zoned Commercial and is listed with a Realtor "For Sale"
    • Renters must agree to allow Realtor to show property with 24 hours notice.
    • Renters must agree to move totally out of the property with a 60 day notice.
    • This house has insulation in the attic but very little in the walls and some windows are single panes, so it does not heat efficiently.  It can be expensive to heat in the Winter months!

The layout of the house is as follows:

    • Downstairs in front is a large porch that is totally enclosed but not heated. 
    • Living Room is next and it runs from the wall on the drive to the other wall on the yard.  It is about 1/2 this distance wide.  Each end has a large plate glass window.
    • There is a small area at the foot of the stairs that has been used as a computer space or office area.
    • Next is the Dining Room a fairly large room with a builtin in china cupboard, an outside door at the back, a door into the bath and it is open to the Kitchen.  Also there is a door to the front part of the basement.
    • The bath has a tub with shower, toilet and a single sink.  It also has the Washer and Dryer.
    • The Kitchen is small with room for only the stove, cupboards and sink.  The refrigerator sits in the dining room.  It also has a door to the back part of the basement and there are shelves for storing extra things.
    • Upstairs are 3 bedrooms.
    • One bedroom, is very large (we made it out of 2 smaller bedrooms).
    • One bedroom bedroom is well insulated and has thermopane windows but it has a low door and low ceiling.
    • Years ago the attic was insulated and most of the windows have storm windows but some don't.
